Merge Academy daily not counting Sugar Rush orders

The daily Merge Academy did not count the 3 orders I completed in the Sugar Rush Event.  It only counted the one i completed in classic mode.  I am at a level that I would be lucky to make 5 orders in a week (in Classic mode), let alone a day.

    Thanks for flagging this. I wanted to follow up on this as I've been out, and share that it was on our Studios' radar, and a fix was released as soon as possible on Thursday evening. We've tested it and confirmed it's giving credits for completing orders after the fix was released. 

    Appreciate everyone who took the time to give us a quick heads up on this, and want to wish you happy gaming.

  • I had two this morning in sugar rush, no credit.  got two more later (about 5pm) then lucked into getting 2 in classic.  It now reads I've got 3 of 5.  This is frustrating!  At least give us credit for the challenge, even if it doesn't register.  

  • I am having the same problem with no crediting of my Sugar Orders, but classic orders are counting.  A friend just recently got 4 in Sugar and they all counted.  We both have the ##### chat issue and cannot communicate except through messaging email.

    So now it starts counting at 5pm but doesn't give you credit for ones earlier today....I won't be getting this badge! Not a happy camper!

    i am having trouble too. it says i got 5 in the sugar rush but did'nt give me credit

    I had the same problem completed 7 orders in the Sugar Rush Event and 3 in the Classic Mode and only got credit for the three and also having trouble getting the game to load for 2-3 days at a time!

    My orders counted okay.  BUT as in the last game like this,  I am NOT getting any of the energy I supposedly win.  The first time and maybe the second that this extra game was introduced it was great.  After that I didn't always get the energy.  The last time I think I may have got it once. So far this time? NONE I have got zero energy from wins on sugar rush.  So hard to get through these games at any time as one needs so much energy.  If one is not a player that is here every hour.....which I am NOT,  then not enough energy is available.  Support is not available.  I have tried following the steps to contact them and end up back in community.  I am fed up to the point that I will maybe quit this site.  We pay to be members,  pay for gems, pay to do the game which need more gems.  And what do they do for us?  NOT even a simple way to contact them.  The feedback is a joke to me.  Nothing comes of that.  We pay money to be here, pay money for gems, the least whe should get in return is to be able to contact them when something is wrong.  I am sick and tired of the horrible treatment of the customers.
