Merge Academy Energy Purchase Issue

Hello!

I made an energy purchase in Merge Academy at the same time the free energy timer awarded one new energy. Unfortunately, my purchase using 180 gems was not credited to my game. I made a second purchase of the same amount, and that purchase was successful.

How do I get the energy credited or the gems refunded?

@qdog74ox Me too... happened twice... contacted POGO and ask for either credit for the energy not granted or refund of gems lost in the purchase.... Only received automated bot response which never solved problem, which not only increase my frustration but also reinforced my decision to never spend any more money buying gems...their lost as I won;t buy any more gems
