Merge Academy Game

I have spent 937 gems in merge Academy to buy 3400 coins. Which I did not receive and I have made several cases and talked to several advisors since November 30 and now they say it can't be fixed. If they can take the gems they should be responsible for assuring we get what we purchased. This is just so wrong

The same thing happened to me. I've been contacting them every day since 12/10 when I lost 100 diamonds in Merge Academy, trying to purchase 250 coins. Now they tell me they can't help me and to contact Pogo support. Well they are Pogo support! What a racket!
