Merge Academy in-game badge pop-up blocked receiving coins

I completed an order in the Treasure Trove with a reward of 10 coins. As I was clicking to complete the order, I received an in-game badge for "x amount of merges" Etc and the pop up for the badge prevented the coins from registering in my total, as I still had the same amount of coins before and after.
