Why do i have trouble with only the trash can on merge academy?

In Merge Academy at the Academy entrance trash can will not let you claim the 45 energy. I am having same issue cannot claim energy lightning bolts when available. 12 hours passed again and not able to claim the energy. I do not want coins want the energy. all the other available claims no issue I am losing time and energy and cannot create magical things as I should be able with the extra energy. Could you please pass this on so they can fix this glitch in the new game. Thank you
I have waited and the problem is still not fixed. I can only open my trash can once a day. Are you ever going to get this glitch fixed.?
Merge Academy the trash can does not work. You have to get lucky for it to work. Please repair the bug.
All I can tell you is not to use gems to stop the timer. It will mess up and take forever to get help with your issue. Just keep writing them every day and see what they do. I think it will helps. I hope this helps you. Tell everyone you know not to stop the timer what ever they do. My friend did the same thing as I did in the Brewery and it messed up on her as well. She is sending screenshot to them everyday. They have done nothing yet. Send them screen shots as often as possible. If enough people do this I think it will help. I hope !!!!!!

Almost every day the trash can in Merge Academy does not give out the energy or coins when you click on either one. I'll go back several times with no luck. Sometimes it will work later in the day but most times it does not. There is a bug and it needs to be fixed.
I am also having the same click issue. I can claim other rewards in Merge Academy, however the trash can does not register my clicks. I can not 'claim' either the coins or the energy no matter where i click.
