Merge Academy Lost energy/diamonds

Merge Academy lost energy

Just spent 20 diamonds to obtain 100 energy in game.  Diamonds are gone, but energy not loaded in game.

    Unfortunately missing items such as energy/diamonds isn't something we can help with here on the forums. You will need to get in touch with EA Help directly for support with this.

    I had this happen several times in Merge Academy. When they came in and said they were replacing diamonds it was great but they took them away again. I have not purchased diamonds since. How can I get those back?

    Also, I am not getting credit for completing a request and getting the diamonds
