Pogo Email Notification but no email

Hi there! That is rather unusual. Currently, I am not seeing that on my end at the moment, however I did notice that two other users liked your comment, which suggests they might be facing the same problem as well.

If you're a Club Pogo Member, we did receive an email today from Pogo_Spike notifying us that we've been awarded the "King of the Treasure Appreciation Badge."

My best advice anytime Pogo is not acting quite right is to log out and follow a few basic troubleshooting steps > Pogo Troubleshooting Guide | EA Forums - 10424297

Because we play on a browser-based gaming site - browsers can get bogged down + need updating every 2-4 weeks. There is a good chance that a quick clean up can get things running smoothly again. Clearing out your cache and cookies, checking for browser updates and restarting your device gives our devices a clear pathway to speak with Pogo servers.

Same problem. I deleted alll my inbox messages and it still says one message.  Nothing is there.

I am having same issue. I have deleted all messages. Opened from different device. Still shows new message. Annoying.

Message center red indicator went off last night, but is back on this morning and there are no messages.  Still broken
