Merge Academy missing energy

I just experienced the exact same issue down to it being with level 10 specifically. It's almost as if the completion caused the reboot, but even clicking the save & exit button didn't work as it normally does with this game. Classic Merge Academy 😕

After Merge being inactive for 8 hours, I came back and there was 3 energy, keep coming back and it is stuck on 1:55 at 3 energy.  How do I get the energy to resume loading?

Same thing happened to me energy will not recharge for a few days now.  I think they should give us some free energy to make up for the loss.  I play this game everyday and have spent some gems to get the extra energy. I feel cheated.  Hope it gets fixed soon.

I bought energy BUT game took my gems but got nothing

I just purchased 100 energies and they took the 20 gems and when i went back to the game..NO ENERGY. I am so tired of pogo ripping me off.

mine happened when i finished level 2 . i tried refreshing and nothing worked
