Merge Sticker Album Collection Icon

Since the Merge update I no longer have the Icon that said "Collection" on the lower right of the Sticker Album opening page that would show the older sticker album progress. It is not there anymore for me, and some friends have reported that they still have theirs while others have reported that theirs is missing as well.
