Merge Academy missing energy

I used 10 Gems to skip the timer on Level 1, Room 1 and selected 45 coins.  Lost the gems and didn't get the energy.  A previous issue of losing all 100 energy when accessing this same Room was resol...

I totally understand the frustration, I know it's not ideal.

The team is aware of the energy issue and as called out in the service update here by Pogo_Sconnie, they are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue.

I don't have any new updates as of yet but the moment I do I will post it in the Pogo game info hub area.

I really do appreciate your patience.
