Matching Moments Level 805

I'm nowhere near level 805 (currently in 300s) and Matching Moments is still broken for me. I am unable to mix my special tiles. They go off as soon as I click on them. As per an earlier suggestion, I had cleared my cache and cookies and made sure my browser (Firefox) is up to date. Still nothing. I am unable to proceed since I cannot complete the current level without combining the special tiles.

The issue started when the game switched to the current Christmas theme.

ETA I also tried playing the game using other browsers - Chrome & Edge. I had to start from level 1 for both and experienced the same issue. I also tried using a difference PC and still the same issue. It's definitely not my me or my devices.

I, too, am stuck on level 805. I used power ups which did not help. I start my game at different points on the board,  but this hasn't helped.  At the beginning of this level we get 22 hits which hasn't been enough to generate boosters needed to clear all of the blue squares since they take 3 hits each to clear. There are 40 blue squares to start with and  40 of the other item that has to be cleared, all placed in difficult to reach areas.  I am down to one power up so it will take a stroke of luck for me to get past this level.

Did anyone else have trouble with Matching Moments?   I have not attempted to play the game until today, but it is saying having trouble loading data?  Did anyone else experience this?  If so, how did you fix it?  Thanks.

I've been trying for over a month, and can't get passed it

I also have been stuck on level 805 for a very long time.  I have used up all my boosters so I have none to help now.  Once in a while they have the special thing going on and I will get a booster but it doesn't help.  I have played this level a lot and can't see a way to win it.   I loved this game because when a level was difficult you could still win after a few games or so by doing things differently.  You can't do differently in this one you have not a lot of options.  They need to fix it.  

I’m on 817. I am finding that it is taking me sometimes 10-20 times before I am beating certain levels. If you have booster item you haven’t used it takes longer in my experience. I feel like it is trying to force you to spend money just to get past certain levels.

Been on it for days. Can’t get anywhere. 

I had this same issue and had to fully update my iPad (where I play pogo on) to get level 798 of Matching Moments to quit glitching. I couldn’t move any tiles or use any power ups on that level and it was glitched out for over a month because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong - was hoping it would fix itself - was told to update my iPad and internet browser, but was hesitant because updates just bog down the device. Finally did update my iPad (it runs slower now -yay-), but did un-glitch the level.
