merge academy not crediting purchased energy
on march 6, 2025 i purchased 500 energy for 100 gems but it still has not been credited to the game.

This just happened to me as well. I only purchased 100 energy for 20 gems and did not receive but my gems are gone. How do we report this?
I bought "coins" for Merge academy on January 4 - took my 100 gems but did not give me the coins. First email to EA help was answered saying they were working on the issue. Now still not resolved and now my "case" is closed. They have not answered any emails since then. Very frustrating!
There is something wrong with Merge Academy on my account, too. I can't post in the actual forum because it is locked on my account for some reason.
