MERGE ACADEMY NOT GIVING CREDIT FOR GEM PURCHASE

Bought the 39.99 gem pack, went and purchased the 570 coins and it took 220 gems and never gave me my coins. We pay to play and then purchase gems for extra money and then not get credit and it's like pulling teeth to get them to give your credit back!!!
