Merge Academy: Not Letting me Claim Rewards

In playing Merge Academy I am encountering a problem collecting a daily bonus in the Academy Entrance.  When I click on the pillar with the red exclamation point it says, "Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving it again?" If I click "Try Again" a few more times I eventually get a pop up window that says, "Uh oh! Something went wrong.
Please try restarting the game.". I have tried restarting the game. quitting the game and restarting it, restarting Pogo and restarting my computer, but I still have the same problem.  This has gone on since some time yesterday. I believe I clicked on something to purchase a bypass for the waiting time and got a message at some point that my purchase did not go through, but I can't see a way to make it go through. 

Help. 

This problem occurs in Club Pogo, game is Merge Academy, it started yesterday, my user name is adlpated, I am on a Windows computer and I detailed the steps taken to troubleshoot in the paragraph above.. I do not see a "Product Code" to enter, perhaps that is for purchased games as opposed to online platform games?

This only happens regularly in one little area of the game, with the trash can at the Academy Entrance. It's the game, not us.

On mine also....only the trash can at the beginning.    

I cannot collect the reward in the Academy Entrance. I had tried to purchase early access to the reward and since then it tells "Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving it again?" three times and then, "Uh oh! Something went wrong. Please try restarting the game." I restarted the game, restarted Pogo. Logged out and logged back into Pogo, restarted my browser, tried a different browser, cleared my cache and browsing history, restarted my computer, used incognito mode and the same thing keeps happening.  I am a Club Pogo member, my username is Adlpated.  The problem has been occurring since yesterday and I am using a Windows 11 computer with a quad core processor. I SHOULD have been able to collect today's reward, but was unable to collect it.  The rewards in other rooms I have completed are working just fine, only this one is boggled. When I tried to purchase the early access to the reward it told me that my purchase could not be completed, but the red exclamation point appeared, indicating I had a reward to collect. 

I also thought I'd completed a help ticket request yesterday, but the system has no record of it that I can see. 

Help. 

I am having the same problem this evening with the garbage can. I cleared cookies and cache restarted computer. Tried Edge and Google Chrome it will not let you claim keeps saying error

It took away my ability to make book and scripts.  Done what was said and still nothing.  Plus I get the same things about collecting the coins or  energy.  This game seems to be full of bugs that are on there end.  I let the  sometimes not being able to choose go  until it got much  bigger issues.

• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
• Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?
• Screenshot of how your game appears...

I agree with you. The game seems to buggy and I did what they told me to do to. But it didn't fix it still not fixed. I keep repeating to then it took my ability to make scripts and books away. I have done what they said  . I have tried on my computer, my phone and my tablet.  Still the same on all them. I have updated and made sure I done all the things they told me on all. On is a brand new computer.  

Re trash can to collect either energy or coins....I tried all the things you suggested, restarting, clearing cookies, etc.  It worked the first time I did this but did it a second time and it keeps saying "Sorry".  I really like this game, but this glitch is very frustrating.  My screen name is Robrams.
