Merge Academy Not Providing New Customers

I am so very upset about the game board it won't let you get rid of things we dont need its really stupid, but pogo will not help anywhere no matter how you try to contact them it takes you around and around with no help at all I have tried every way there is still nothing make a ticket next day or so it says resolved it has never ever been resolved Garden blast is the worse game ever I been going on level 220 for months can't win at all used all my power ups   🙌👁️‍🗨️👁️‍🗨️ 

I play this every day all day I haven't that problem but it's not giving me my credits I love the side game the most its better but takes a wail because if not I lose the rest of my game. pogo took my Money when I was trying to pay for membership i have had $15,00 in my wallet account it's been There going on 3 years; they won't let me have or use it? IT`S MY MONEY.  have you tried logging out and back in and if so, try the little game top right corner? good luck

Thanks for your response...but I know all too well how customer requests can slow down the gameplay.  Let's talk instead about QUALITY of gameplay.  It is so tedious when multiple customers require the same items from the same generator stream.  For weeks I was pursuing various vials at higher levels so the only spawning I was doing was from the same cauldron generators, and then waiting until they rest and restore.  This doesn't help in the pursuit of challenges that require filling multiple customer requests.  There is no management of "other higher-level items" once the storage closet is full and the grid is packed.  Other players have also mentioned that it is frustrating that we cannot eliminate generators if we have multiples of some of them.  If the "reward" for completing levels in the Chapters is more parts of generators, this game will become close to impossible.

Hello! Although some customers have larger orders, it is important to note their orders must be fulfilled too or they will follow you from level to level and hinder your progress. 

I noticed in another posting you stated a few of your customers had higher level items, please know these orders must be completed and won’t go away until their fulfilled.

💡Strategy Hint:
As you continue to build Level 15 – Mega Potion for your current customers, continue to build other higher-level items for future customers (i.e.  Extravagant Trophy, Tablet of Spells, Mystic Hood, Wand of Eternity, etc.), this can really help smooth out the gameplay when customer requests are slowing you down.
