Merge Academy not saving progress

Last Thursday while in Coral Secrets a pop up appeared wanting me to purchase items with gems, which I did not want, so I closed it out.  After that I was able to play both classic Merge Academy and Coral Secrets, but my progress was not saved when I closed the game out and went back in.  I had no progress saved for 4 days.  I was camping all weekend, tried several attempts, and just basically gave up on it.  After the new Treasure Trove appeared Monday morning, I played both classic Merge Academy and Treasure Trove with no issues.  My progress was saved all day.  Then while in Treasure Trove Monday evening (roughly 16 hours ago), a new pop up appeared, again wanting me to purchase items using gems.  I thought "Oh no, not this again!"  Sure enough . . . my progress in both classic Merge Academy and Treasure Trove have not been saved since then!  PLEASE fix this as my sticker album is almost complete and I cannot finish it with no progress being saved!
