Merge Academy-Purchase Energy But Did Not Receive
I just purchased 100 energy for 20 gems. It made the sound like it added the energy but it never did. It took my gems but I did not receive my energy. This issue needs to be resolved.

I bought "coins" for Merge academy on January 4 - took my 100 gems but did not give me the coins. First email to EA help was answered saying they were working on the issue. Now still not resolved and now my "case" is closed. They have not answered any emails since then. Very frustrating!
