Me too! Three times today I tried, and each time it wiped out all of  my energy! 😔

This is like the 3rd time I. The past 2 weeks :( 

I just logged in, haven't since yesterday. I had the same Opps, purchase failed for the energy, but I could collect everything else. And my energy was at 0 and just started counting down to the next one. 

I'm having the same problem. Plus, when I open the game, I have 100 energy bolts, but after using one, I have 0 energy bolts!

Thanks everyone - I thought it was just me.  Likewise Farm Valley Merge. Plus in Farm Valley I have "hay bales"(?) I can't get rid of.

It wiped out my 100 energy and I had a completed order for which I got a pack of cards. That completed one of the collections for which I got 240 energy which also disappeared. Tired of the issues with this game and Matching Moments.

I lost the 100 energy that I always have in my total first thing in the morning & also got the failed response?? The failed response kept me from getting my additional items this morning too!?

I'm having the same issue. Come on, Pogo/EA....get with the program and fix these issues.

Now I didn't get my energy and coins from a completed sticker book set. It's just not worth playing.

True, Merge didn't refill power level overnight and won't allow you to "buy" power as a selection this morning. On Farm Merge I actually completed the entire album the other day and received the massive power and crates, etc. Worked fine for me.

This is awful  always constant with pogo  they need to get their act together with these games

Same problem here. You can manually scroll round the map and collect all the others in the meanwhile

Not only this issue, but I completed two collections and didn't receive the energy for completing the collections. WTF?

I didn't have my full 100% energy this morning either.

Thank you Hellga brilliant!  I would never have thought to try the other ones but all work except the trash can.  

Wiped out my energy.  Purchase failed.  Worked okay last night. Now my 12 hour timing is completely off.

stuck on the garbage can, it keeps saying something went wrong. If I push for energy it takes my energy away that i have gained. 

Same, attempted to claim trash can coins, it gave me the same failed purchase error and took all my energy.
