I just purchased 100 energies in Merge Academy and did not receive the energy. This is not the first issue I have had with this game. I would appreciate it if you could restore either my gems or energy. And please do not restore the energy at a time when the meter is already at 100.
I purchased 250 coins in Merge Academy with 100 diamonds and never received the coins. When I went to EA Help they kept giving me the roundaround and now they tell me they can't help me at all and to contact Pogo support. Well, Pogo support sends you back to EA help. What kind of racket are they playing?

@yota418 sorry to hear about this, it does seem that unfortunately you were given incorrect information, you do need to go through EA Help to get this sorted as we can't help with it here on the forums.
