Merge Academy Sticker Album - no energy or coins

I'm having the same issue

the music stand generator appeared bout a week ago and the first  goal  or item  was the last one in the ascending items. it took a week of  steady play  and i  found the  tuba and was awarded many purple gems things  and gold energy and  coins  then  when i  started on another item in the  game  and  the game locked. i refreshed the game and all the prizes awarded disappeared  wth ? Pogo  a week of  effort  down the drain along w the  awarded prizes ?  thats  my reward  for being your longest   member?

I just finished the astrology sticker album.....  I only got the clock I did not the coins or the energy.

There are so many issues with this game.....

I have noticd similar issues, I ignored them thinking maybe I was mistaken. Obviously not.

Have the same issue. I finished a sticker album but was not awarded the 240 energy units. I have not been able to purchase anything from the trash can for two days now.

I just earned the witchcraft sticker album set which should have gave me 215 energy and 40 coins, I received nothing.  I still only had 20 energy, I exited the game and came back in and then had zero energy. I also cannot collect the daily energy/coin

Can't collect daily energy etc either. Of all the glitchy games for a weekly challenge, this has to be one of the WORST. There is always some kind of crap not working in this one. Isn't it funny how when you win any kind of reward for these games that you more than likely won't receive it....

Same here but with the royal treasures set yesterday. 310 energy and 80 coins and I got nothing.

It really is a joke that it's a weekly challenge. With what energy when it's reset to nothing, you can't collect the daily energy and the stickerbook energy went poof too?

Except for the sticker album I'm having the same other problems.  Failed purchases, disappearing coins and not collecting other coins.  Then POGO makes Merge Academy a weekly event.  Doesn't get much better than this.  My money is well spent here.
