Merge Academy Sticker Album 4 - no energy or coins

Thank you for all your reports here.

I have informed our teams that coins and energy rewards from the Sticker Album 4 aren't being distributed correctly.

I appreciate your patience while we look into this situation further on our end.

Merge academy didn't give me my game rewards for completed sticker book and would not load any energy for game for the last two days. The game seems to working today but I didn't get my rewards. This also happened in Farm game a couple of weeks ago. I missed all the daily rewards for my farm game as they would not load into the game after selecting them in pogis and daily thingy. I read in forum where you requested a player that was having the same issue to submit pick of sticker book that was completed, here you go. 

I completed the Creatures 1 set yesterday and did not receive the 245 energy and 50 coins for doing so.  When can I expect those to be added to my account?  Also, still no ink refills in the Secret Word Garden game...

I completed this sticker book earlier today and have not received the awards.

 Did not receive rewards from completing “Characters 1” sticker album 4:14 PM CDT 10/7/26. Did not get Pogi reward energy earlier in the day when I selected it. Also still unable to select or move past the Pick One of energy or coins.

The trash can keeps giving an error message and not collection the extra energy.  Also completed a sticker album collection and never got my energy or coins.

Same thing this morning as with the last few mornings.  Daily give purchase failed.  Had 100 engergys but after clicking on purchase it dropped to 32.  Took 15 hours the other day to get back to 100.  Can't really continue to play this game.  But, 1/2 of the other games drag.  Pogo is having serious issues way too often

How can I share  photo of the sticker album when I did not know it was not going to give me my 265 energy and not sure how many pink ones.    and the garbage can is still not working.    How are we to get badges when everything is broke all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing happened to me and also I get a "purchase error" message when I try to collect the dailies.

Merge Academy is not awarding energy, and when I completed a Sticker Album, did not receive reward points.
