Merge Academy Sticker Album 4 - no energy or coins

I see that the sticker book is no longer visible in Merge Academy but that I am still earning stickers.  I just completed a level and got a notice that I had earned a significant reward.  However, the rewards were not credited to my account in Merge Academy.  This is in addiiton to the problem with the daily bonus lives not working.  It looks like you have a bug somewhere in the process to credit bonus lives to individual accounts.

Never received 275 energy or coins.  Did not lose later.  Checked immediately to use the energy and none there.

I  can't share the photo as it is over but I  did not get  the coins and crates for not the last sticker album but the one before it!! I also never got the 80 crates from the  previous constellation for Farm Merge Valley!It has been 1 1/2 months and still not got these!

Please share a photo of the sticker album you completed as it appears for you in-game. 

Also, please confirm whether you received the energy and coins but lost them later on while doing something else in the game, or if you did not receive the rewards from completing the album at all. 

This additional information will help us keep track of your reports and inform our teams. 

Except for the sticker album I'm having the same other problems.  Failed purchases, disappearing coins and not collecting other coins.  Then POGO makes Merge Academy a weekly event.  Doesn't get much better than this.  My money is well spent here.

It really is a joke that it's a weekly challenge. With what energy when it's reset to nothing, you can't collect the daily energy and the stickerbook energy went poof too?

Same here but with the royal treasures set yesterday. 310 energy and 80 coins and I got nothing.

Can't collect daily energy etc either. Of all the glitchy games for a weekly challenge, this has to be one of the WORST. There is always some kind of crap not working in this one. Isn't it funny how when you win any kind of reward for these games that you more than likely won't receive it....

I just earned the witchcraft sticker album set which should have gave me 215 energy and 40 coins, I received nothing.  I still only had 20 energy, I exited the game and came back in and then had zero energy. I also cannot collect the daily energy/coin

Have the same issue. I finished a sticker album but was not awarded the 240 energy units. I have not been able to purchase anything from the trash can for two days now.
