That particular issue resolved itself, no issue now other than the case from a MONTH ago EA Support has not contacted me with agreeable resolve (Case # 207282276)

I already did twice and signed out of pogo entirely and cleared cache and rebooted my computer.... it's not on my end, it 's on yours.
