Merge Academy: Trash can NOT giving me Energy

I went to play game at 5:30 today August 29, 2024, my energy level was only at 43, NOT at least 100 when I signed into game!!   

I had not played the game since either last night or at least not since 7am this morning, which should have given me well over 43 bolts of enegy. 
Went to Trash can and selected to get the energy showing for 45 bolts, I clicked, said it was processing and set timer to 11 hours, but it did not register ANY new energy!
My energy was still at 43 bolts.  Went back, clicked on it again, it pops open, has 45, clicked again. It then said processing again at 70 or 90, set timer to 23 hours BUT still NO energy was granted!!!

Please RESET the timer back to now 10hrs and give me at least the 45 I clicked for.  I did play and left at 0 bolts. 
ALSO what changed in 12 hours, I now had the game freeze with a time booster.

    I have posted this under a new Topic yesterday.    "Merge Academy - Still has problems since August 28 update"  
    Since the energy problem which started on August 28th, I have noticed several other items with timing problems. New problems started sometime since Sept 5-6th correction.

    I'm not getting energy from the trash can in Merge Academy. I click on the energy but it's not added to my energy. 

    Also, energy is still not regenerating.  Regardless of the claims that those issues have been resolved, I'm still having problems with those issues as of today, Monday, September 23, 2024.  

    Please fix ASAP! Thank you.

    The issue has not been resolved for me.  I'm not getting the energy from the trash can in Merge Academy.

    And, the energy is still not regenerating for the past 4 days. 

    Please fix those issues for me.  Thank you. 

  • I am having an issue with Pogo that started after September 5/6 update as well.  I have been unable to progress in the game since that update.  I am stuck in Task 4 in the Sewing Room.  It requires 511 crystals to complete, I have more than 700.  Every time I click on 'Claim Rewards' it takes me back out of the playing screen into the room screen, and when I click 'Complete' the play button disappears and the game screen freezes.  I cannot click on the map, on the marketplace, or anywhere else.  I can still click on the main Pogo frame buttons like Badges, Stats, Game Chat, Full Screen, Home, etc.  And all the browser functions are normal as well, so it's purely the in-game glitch.  It has been going on over a month, and I have reported it to EA help multiple times, posted about it on the boards here and on Pogo forums multiple times, all to no avail.  I am very disappointed with Pogo.  I keep being told to try a different browser or wi-fi.  Well, it's persisting across four different browsers, three different devices and at least five different wi-fi and cellular networks.  It's not on my end, it's on Pogo's end, and Pogo is not doing anything but sending me back and forth between the forums and the EA Help.
