Poker Town - Prize Track reset to zero

Background: A few weeks ago, I spent 150 gems to do the pogo premium prize track in Poker Town. Last night I had 5110 gems out of 5335 and was supposed to have a day left to complete it for the grand prize.  Around 10am EST today, my prize track disappeared, and I got a pop up asking if I wanted to purchase another prize track.  Since I missed the final prize, I spent another 150 gems for the new prize track.  Then at 4pm EST I got the following message "The Poker Town Coin Reset will NOT happen. There will be no changes to your Coin balance between Seasons.  To give the team time to remove the Coin Reset feature, we’re delaying Season 2’s Leaderboards and Prize Tracks by 4 weeks. "   However my prize track is now zero and I would not have paid another 150 gems if we had 4 more weeks to complete it.  I have contacted EA customer service and they said they can't fix it.  Can anyone make any recommendations or help me to get this resolved?  I think my account may have gotten caught in the middle of all these changes, and would love some help to fix everything.
