I spoke to someone about my issues with merge and they told me they were going to transfer me to a dedicated team and they will get back with me, meaning too bad we do not care.
They told me about the dedicated team but you are right, No response and watch they will close your case saying it was taken care of. Make sure if they do close your case to click to re-open it. Good luck.
They closed about 4 cases of mine over this past year from the end of September to about 4 months ago when the chatting seemed to stop working.
