Hello! I believe I can help with some of your concerns. 

Once the 12 hours has expired and your stations have the free items available you will see a Red Exclamation Mark on the gate. Each time you click on the gate it will automatically take you to the stations to retrieve your free items. 

The red exclamation mark will disappear from the gate icon once all items are collected. Additionally, we continue to have the capability to maneuver around and observe our areas to collect this way as well.

After the implementation of the new upgrades my energy replenished overnight and following today’s usage.

If you are still experiencing issues, you could try going through the following steps:

• Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
• Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
• Restart your Computer and Restart your router.

Yes you're correct. It's not an upgrade but more an update.  The lack of instructions is infuriating.  I did figure out how to get the free items in the different rooms.  Go to the first chapter and drag your finger/mouse on the screen and the various rooms will appear with the free items.  To get to the rest of them you have to go o chapter 2 and do the same thing.   There is no map with the shortcuts.

I figured out the map but it doesn't bring you directly to the free items like you indicated. I have to scroll through the screen to find them. 

Clearing out cookies and restarting etc does not resolve the issue of the energy being reset after reaching 100.  It was the same issue reported with the previous update.  I wish you all would stop giving us a canned response to fix bugs.  It's a coding issue,  not a cookies,  cache,  etc issue.

Just to clarify for other players that may read this, you can click on the Exclamation Mark on the Gate to retrieve items, and it will take you to each station. This is how I personally collected my items today.

Experiences may differ depending on what device and operating system you are using. However, as you mentioned players still have the ability to move around the map freely to visit the collection stations.

Computer Updates

The suggestion of clearing cookies, cache, history and checking for updates is necessary to do every day, it enhances our devices in various ways. You can search online for information about "Benefits of clearing cache regularly" for further insight. I highly recommend this practice, and I personally do in it every day 😊

I don't know if this will help people even further, but you mention here that folks can click on the Exclamation Point on the Gate to retrieve items. They might not realize that the same button has to be pressed repeatedly, though, if they want to be taken directly to each item within each chapter. It took me a bit of trial and error to discover this. If worst comes to worst, though, players can always do the dragging method. I sometimes do this anyway if I want to be strategic about what goes onto my board first.
