I cannot claim the energy in the Academy Entrance. I click and nothing happens. I can collect in the other rooms so far but things tend to disappear. I've had several issues with this game--I know it is new so am trying to be patient with the bugs but ...
I am unable to collect the free energy or coins in the academy entrance. I can collect from all the other rooms but this one. I will get a message that they are processing the request but i don't get them. This has been happening for 3 days now.
If I am working on a requested object (eg. a level 7 wizard's hat) and the icon that generates the objects needs to regenerate, I will sometimes lose what I've done and have to do it over.
Same here. I wish they would fix this

I have been collecting from the Trash Can at the Entrance every 24 - yes I know there is a glitch where the game tells you can collect in 12 hours, but really you can collect every 24 hours. Up to now I have been getting my free energy around 5 PM EST. Okay all of a sudden I CANNOT collect at all. I'm dead in the water with no energy.
I've exited the game, cleared cookies and cache. No luck.
I am in Sorcery 1st Task.
Any help to be had on this please?

you have to save the game each time before you leave the board.
Find the Save icon at the bottom right of your screen. Looks like a map, next to the Degrees icon. It is titled "Save & Exit".
Takes you to the room you are in.
Click it again and it takes you to the game map.

You have to save the game before exiting the board.
Click the "Save & Exit" icon at the bottom right of your screen, looks like a map, next to the "Degrees" icon.
This will take you to the room you are in, click the map again and you are taken to the game map showing all the rooms.

At the Entrance, the trash can alert is off. Energy can be collected every 24 hours rather than the 12 hours the timer says.
SOME players have noted that they CAN collect every 12 hours if they alternate collecting coins and energy. So at 12 hours, try collecting coins, then 12 hours later try for the energy.
You may or may not be able to collect every 12 hours. This is a glitch in the game but EA has not posted this as a known glitch, although there are many complaints about this in the chat room and the Pogo Forum too.
I save every time i leave and items still go missing. Havent been able to collect the trash can energy evr, and able to collect the coins once in 2 weeks. definitely some glitches
