yes, every time it goes to regenerate, I quit on the game and play another game until time to go back and when I go back in, everything I did previous is gone and I have to start again and what does it do....goes to regenerate again. I literally have to stay with game open for 59mins on some of them to keep the progress I did.
Continue to have intermittent issues with collecting the free energy in Academy Entrance. Sometimes it won't let collect energy but will allow me to collect coins...which I don't want. Today I paid 10 gems to skip timer and it won't let me collect anything.
I am having the same issue. I am unable to collect the energy in the Academy Entrance when I try. It can takes me clicking on it when I play over a period of 2 to 3 hours. It will then finally award energy.
I had this problem too. Then I discovered the save button down toward the bottom right . Click that before you exit the game.
