✅Please ensure you have reviewed your Gem Transaction record and have it ready to present to them to explain where the error occurred. We have 2 ways to view our Gem Transaction Record, on Pogo under My Account and on EA Help under Account Information.

Some of my gems are also gone and I haven't used them. Yesterday I had 101 gems today I have 66 and I just won 5 that isn't showing please let me know what is happening.

If I too am missing my gems, when I go to the link provide none of the article will let me address the missing gems. I may not be looking at the right article? I am upset wioth the gems missing and not a computer person. Can anyone help?
