Merge Academy

this is the second time i've used 180 gems to get 1000 energy power ups and it hasn't happened. my gems were taken (360 total) but not given the energy power ups... gems are not free when you buy 500 at a time.  so can this please be fixed and my 360 gems returned to my acct.???   thank you  misherronnie
