Why am I losing coins and energy in Merge. I've lost over 300 coins and energy. Lots of them!!! I'm getting ready to get out of Pogo and request a refund on part of my subscription.

Having same problem and I also are close to cancelling my subscription.
I too am having problems with Merge Academy. The energy levels are not replenishing so I can't make any progress. Very frustrating.
I just lost energy and coins that was over 300 as well! I am so over this!
EA and Pogo owe all of us energy. This is issue is definitely on them. I started playing early this morning on my Android tablet, deciding to skip getting stuff from other rooms. So far so good. I got down to about 50 energy and completed the gem challenge and POOF! I went from to 50 to 0 in a tap. It's been what 3 or 4 days of frustration and neither Pogo or EA are responsive to problem. They want our money but obviously don't have a robust change management or testing of their games prior to deployment. I want energy back that's been lost to their incompetence!
I too am having problems with Merge Academy. The energy levels are disappearing and not replenishing. I won't buy any energy or coins for fear they'd disappear too.
Yes. I am getting pissed. They put out challenges, yet they sabotage you so you can’t finish them!

ive lose as soon as i enter merge academy it says 100 the as soon as i click its gone. lost over 700 energy😡
I am having the same issue! I have not been able to play as I keep losing my energy. I tried to purchase energy with my gems and it took my gems and I still have no energy! I am not happy at all with this.
And whats real fun? is that some people are getting 300 to 400 energy every day. My mom is one of them and i have noticed a few people in the chat saying they are getting way more energy than 100. I am not one of those people unfortunately....
