why should I pay for a service that wont work
Pogo wants my money but is not making games playable and on top of that no easy way to contact them. I'm ready to give up on them.

I agree, I just left a post that they gave till January 27, 2026 to contact me or I am not renewing my membership. Been a member for 20 years.
