Merge Academy hasn`t opened for the last two days.

I just lost 200 energy I earned finishing a level.

Hey there folks, sorry to hear you're running into this issue. For those with the game not opening issue let us know if you're on PC or Mobile.

If on PC what browser are you using, if on mobile are you on iOS or Android. Lastly could you let us know your Pogo username so I can get this looked into for you?

Merge academy hasn't worked on my iphone ios 18.4 or on my pc for a few day.  I tried using edge, chrome & firefox browsers.  When I try to collect energy at the entrance of the game it just keeps popping up with "try again" message.  If I try to go directly to the gameboard itself I also get the "try again" pop up. Very frustrating.  I also tried playing Wheel of Fortune.  It works okay unless you land on a wedge & then the game just freezes up.  After trying for 3 days to play the latest challenge & losing energy & wedges because of issues, I finally just played the game without anything "special" and manage to make it through.

not working on my pc either, running chrome. last night couldnt claim the bonus coins/energy (tried both) kicked out of game relogin same thing. energy gone when coming back in, even if you log out and back in.

Can't claim energy or coins from the garbage can.

using chromebook, merge academy hasn't worked right for 4 days, this afternoon the coins were correct and all was great so I thought ir was fixed but tonight it is back to not working- can't get the przies, coins disappear, etc

Yes it has been awful the past few days.  Today I keep getting an error and having to restart the game both on my phone and computer.  Will not let me collect the items from the map.
