Hey there folks, sorry to hear you're running into this issue. For those with the game not opening issue let us know if you're on PC or Mobile.

If on PC what browser are you using, if on mobile are you on iOS or Android. Lastly could you let us know your Pogo username so I can get this looked into for you?

cherid37 Your issue is a seperate one which is being investigated by the team. Pogo_Sconnie posted about it on the Pogo forum which I mirrored here

Can't claim energy or coins from the garbage can.

  Yes it has been awful the past few days. Today I keep getting an error and having to restart the game both on my phone and computer. Will not let me collect the items from the map.

using chromebook, merge academy hasn't worked right for 4 days, this afternoon the coins were correct and all was great so I thought ir was fixed but tonight it is back to not working- can't get the przies, coins disappear, etc
