merge academy

I am seeing a glitch the last couple days where you move out of the games to wait on the lightning to max at 100 only to come back and it resets without you having merged anything.

I am merging and not getting credits

I am seeing the same glitch with energy crystals resetting to 0 and having yet to play. The game itself will refresh and I may have been at 100 and once it refreshes, I am at 0. I received the bonus on challenges and went to play and they were there, then it reset itself and they were gone plus the ones I had. 
mine this morning disappeared when I exited the game, never having played yet to check daily challenges and came back, gone.
