Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t!!

I’m always surprised when I open Merge….. will I have energy or not!

I’m having the same issue today… this has happened before and it’s been fixed…why is this still happening and not getting fixed right away?????

Yes, and it’s really frustrating! I don’t want to have to keep buying energy to play! I had 37, then as I’m playing it pops up that it isn’t loading correctly and so you reload it and I had 2 left. And the 37 I had was after not playing for several hours.

I haven't played for almost two hours and have returned to Zero Energy. My merges aren't saving. Please help! I actually pay to play this game—add gems, etc.  So I feel like my money is wasted!

Just wanted to pop in here and say again that I appreciate your patience while this issue is investigated.

The team is aware of the energy issue and as called out in the service update here by Pogo_Sconnie, they are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue.

I don't have any new updates as of yet but the moment I do I will post it in the Pogo game info hub area.

I really do appreciate your patience.
