Re: Merge Academy - Not Receiving Energy
I am having problems with Merge. Everytime I go in, I have the same amount of energy and all my items that I merged are reversed. Never make my 18 orders if this continues. Please fix this bug

i had issue to.. spent 570 gems for energy and coins and i did not receive my purchases but it definetly took all my gems i used.

Hey folks,
The team is aware of the energy issue and as called out in the service update here by Pogo_Sconnie, they are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue.
I don't have any new updates as of yet but the moment I do I will post it in the Pogo game info hub area.
I really do thank you for sticking with usI just want to note that I am having the same issue. I will wait until it’s fixed but I wanted to make it known there are more people with the issues.
I've had zero energy for weeks in Merge Academy - there is a note dated 2 weeks ago that they are working on it - I think they need to work faster !!
