Can you let us know if you're playing on PC or mobile device?
If on PC can you let us know what browser you use and if you've tried using a different browser?
If on mobile can you let us know if it is android or iOS and what version.
Hi.
Am using my laptop. What people are describing: Game starts to load and then freezes, is happening here, too. Have tried another browser and same thing happens. This happened last time there was a challenge for Merge. Wasn't able to complete it. It has now been two days of not being able to play. Is there anything happening to fix the problem that so many of us are having?
