Re: Merge Academy is experiencing Lagging and Not Saving after New Features Added

Aaaarrrgghh! Same here - can’t get Merge Academy to save, either in classic or Coral Secrets. Same problem on both my Microsoft Surface AND my iPhone, as well as my husband’s iPad. What’s especially infuriating is that HIS game works fine on his iPad and MacBook Pro (he never games on his iPhone, but I bet that would work). Has anyone submitted a ticket on this, or has EA done away with that feature?

Wonder if it has to do with the level we are on. This is what I am on. Also had my husband try to get it done on his computer. He uses Brave and I use Safari and it didn't work for him but his worked for him and he is on a different level than me

I too have been unable to play any part of Merge Academy successfully.  I get both scenarios.  The side game kicks me out after 2 or 3 generations.  The main game has allowed me to play, but when i leave and come back, it's reverted back to what i started with.

You are not alone.  I too, have tried on 2 computers, one window 7 and the other Windows 11, tried Modzilla fire fox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge and still not saving even though I press Save and Exit.  And with Coral Secrets I get the message "Unfortunately, progress isn't saving" and finally get the message "Restart or Quit"  I am stuck on both games at the 100 level of energy on both games and not saving any of my merges.  As well as the last side games with the Miner, the chest only game a time reducer, no energy, no gems, nothing else.  After all that time and energy finding the 3 chest pieces.

same for me at 630AM EST still happening 10 hours later.

I'm having same save issues in regular game and side game. My progress has not been save  2 days now. Tried Edge. Firefox, and Google browsers and no luck. I can't  play if everything resets. Merge items have disappeared. sometimes comes back most time not.  Progress page keeps popping up in middle of game play, and lately crashes the page. Restart or quit are the only options. I gather all free goodies only to loose them too. SAVE IS NOT WORKING. Everything I merge goes back to before merge when I exit, no progress is being made. windows 10, up to date, Intel I7 8th gen, NVIDIA geforce I'm good POGO NOT

The lack of concern about their players/paid members is the worst!!!

I've had the same problem happen today.  Energy does not increase, ( stuck on 1 was 100 ) can't save anything - just goes to restart or quit.  Same problem for Coral Secrets.  Is this the way to report the problem ?????
