Merge Academy

having an issue with merge academy. I play the bonus game that is only available for a week but when the new week starts with a new bonus game I can't get Merge to load for at least a day. Don't know why but it's getting frustrating. You only have the week to complete it but you never can because you can't get in to play right away. I really love this game otherwise.

I was number one collecting red bows and now I can't even get the game !! It's been over a week now !! And I can't figure out how to make a complaint Im not too computer knowledgable !! It is getting so aggravating !!
