I'm having the same issue for 2 days now

Me either for 2 days!!  I also lost all my energy when I tried to collect my coins and/or energy.

I am having the same issue, I get the same Oops, purchase failed message. Today is day 2 of this.

Merge Academy has just removed another 30+ units of energy! This is getting ridiculous, everything started to go wrong with this game when all the pop-up sales were added. Just to add insult to injury the weekly badge is to complete 10 orders in either the main or side events - is there something missing from the game...?

Same here, the last 2 days. We should be compensated for what we have missed out on. 

Same here. "Ooops, failed" for several attempts over the last 24 hrs.....grrrr. Is anybody from EA or POGO reading this? Rebooted Samsung tablet w/Foxfire....all other POGO games working.

I agree!!  Merge Academy is all messed up for me!  I can't collect coins. Can't collect the bonuses. I used almost all of my energy last night. This morning, the only energy I had was what I had left over from last night (maybe 10). Please fix this issues. Look as though others are having problems with this game as well.

I am having the same issue with Merge Academy.  I haven't played for at least 1 day and it not even giving me the energy since then also when collecting the coin/energy button it gives me an error message stating the purchase can't be completed.  Please help.  I am glad I am not the only one.

Same since yesterday - and of course, they have a weekly badge for a game that's not working properly.  Do better, POGO!
