Merge Academy/Halloween Badge

When I left pogo last night I was at 900/1000 for the Merge Halloween Badge, when I was just in there to finish up the badge, it showed no progress and so I checked my badges thinking maybe I finished it and just didn't realize it, I do not have the badge. I left the game (and yes I was saving my progress as I went in and out of the game) went to the homepage thinking maybe I missed the timing but it is still at the top of the page and clickable (which I did thinking that was the problem) and still nothing. Is it having a problem this morning? Is the badge over and you just haven't taken it down from the homepage? Did I finish and just didn't get a badge (which I am so positive I didn't) or what?

Can anyone help me with this issue?
