Hello! As a fellow player of Merge Academy, I completely understand your frustration. Allow me to explain the situation and help you stop that Marketplace pop-up from suddenly appearing again! What you're seeing is actually the energy refill confirmation pop-up.

Here's how it works:

⚡Energy System: Each generator click uses energy. When your energy runs out, the game asks if you'd like to buy more using POGO gems.

🤔 Two-Step Process: As you can see in the screenshot, the game shows an "Are you sure?" confirmation screen asking, "Spend 20 POGO gems?" before anything is purchased in the main Merge Academy game and the Side Games within Merge Academy. 

💡 Pro Tip to Avoid the Pop-Up Entirely: Keep an eye on your energy counter while clicking generators! If you slow down your clicks as your energy gets low, the pop-up will never appear. *It only shows up when you continue clicking after your energy is already depleted.

The key is watching your energy and pacing those clicks!

the confirmation button is only for show, i don't click on it and even close the game, the pop up happens so quickly when merging items it is an issue that needs to be addressed at pogos's end.  Notice that there is no CANCEL option

The cancel option is the X button notice it at the top right corner just like in the other games. I don't get a pop up when i merge items.

it has been my experience that the "X" button is not the same as the cancel button.  the purchase goes through regardless,

There is NO confirmation on items in the marketplace. Yes,there are for energy but NONE for items that we may want that cost coins. Today I accidentally hit an item that took 130 coins from my total. We can only get 5 or 7 coins twice a day if that. Building up to have enough coins for something we might need and want to buy can be depleted with an accidental purchase because there is no confirmation for these items. I sure hope this can be fixed. Thank you. 

TommiRB, I recently lost 4000 coins on an accidental  purchase of an item I will probably never need because I have never once seen it come up in an order the entire time I've been playing this game
