i can not send messages and i do not believe i am getting all my messages from pogo.com

@Etiny7kq Hey there! Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the message center.
Just want to fully confirm here, you're not able to send messages and you believe you're not receiving messages properly either is that right?
Can you let me know if you're on Mobile or PC?
If on PC can you let me know what browser you're using and if you have tried using a different one?
Lastly could you give me your Pogo username? I can pass this on to the Team and it helps a lot when investigating!I am on a pc My Browser i use is google chrome goes through as an app username is etiny7 and thank you
