This concerns a friend and fellow pogo user. Ponder2025 joined in Oct 2025. He went to get on his account and it is gone, like it never existed. He couldn't even leave a message for you so I offered to do it. Please check this out and help him.

Thanks for trying to help your friend out! If his account can no longer be accessed, he'll need to get in touch with the support team directly. We're not able to do that via the forums as that will involve discussing and verifying some private account details, but we can definitely help get him pointed in the right direction.
Your friend should be able to create a case here even if he isn't able to access the account at the moment. That will get the process started with the support team so an advisor can check into this with him. Thanks!
