Missing badges still after more than 1 month

Is this ever going to get resolved? This is beyond frustrating! I have badges that are still missing. I know certain ones that are missing for certain so how do we go about getting them restored? A month ago there was an issue where quite a few people lost all of their badges that they earned. I was missing all but 31 of my 8800+ badges. Quite a few were restored but I'm still missing several. The ones I know for a fact that I'm missing are 2022 badge album completion earned on January 2, 2023, Garden tea party event from may 2021 which I'm missing Happy Host merit badge earned May 11, 2021 and Croquet champion merit badge earned may 14, 2021. I also have club time rewards 14 years (January 8, 2022) and club time rewards 15 years(January 8, 2023). I also am missing Beautiful Bazaar treasure chase badge 5 for yahtzee which I earned on july 17, 2023 as well as the garden blast badge 10 that I would've earned around july 16, 2023.I have posted several times in the forums about them missing along with others. Certain people have had theirs restored by pogo Sconnie but for some reason mine along with others have not. This is quite disappointing as that is why we pay for a membership to earn badges. For this kind of a mistake to happen and not have the ability to back it up is ridiculous and am ready to just not renew my membership when it comes time for renewal. I have other family members and they will probably cancel as well.If these could be restored this would be great but if not then I guess my time with pogo will have to come to an end, because I'm not going to pay for a membership to earn badges only to have something happen that removes them all and then not get them all back!

    @B3041 I got mine back. They just appeared... I don't play for badges, so I was not concerned at first. Sorry you having so much trouble.

    @BurghBaby Thanks I have also got some of them back and I appreciate the effort but it has been more than a month since this happened and it's never taken this long before in the past. I had another issue in 2021 where I completed the badge album and the final badge for that year but it was grayed out with completed so I didn't get my album badge. That was never fixed and I had to wait so I could redo the badge because they didn't fix it for me. I like to do the badges and events to earn the different badges and I realize some do not and just like to play. I am not sure what other badges I'm missing but I did send a list of the ones I know for certain that I should have and don't.  If I could redo them, then I would but since some are special edition event badges that's impossible unless pogo fixes it. I have had a lot of errors over the years for whatever reason on my account and have 4 other family members who usually aren't affected for some reason. All I can do is hope they do fix it but after such a long period of time and no more updates you start to wonder.

    I've been meaning to post here after I posted in the pogo forum the other day.  On September 14, 2023 My last 6 badges were finally restored. It took a while but I got them. I know patience is a virtue but like I said I definitely had instances in the past that I emailed and never got the issue fixed. This is definitely more time than what it usually takes but I do thank Pogo Sconnie and the pogo team for finally taking care of it.
