I Have Lost All of My Badges MY GEMS Every Single Badge I Own My Activator Photo Everything is GONE I WANT MY GEMS AND EVERY SINGLE BADGE BACK THAT I OWN AND PAID FOR YOU DON'T WANT ME TO TAKE THAT SURVEY!!

Could you let me know what steps you've already tried? For example, have you tried logging out of Club Pogo and back in again? Sometimes a quick browser refresh can help. There are a few other steps that could help them appear for you. I'll pop them below:
- Restart your device and modem/router, then open Pogo again.
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) and Browser (<-- link) for updates
- Try with your browser's Incognito/Private Mode (Note: this may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
If that doesn't work, could you let us know what browser you're using to play, as well as your Pogo username so we can look into this a bit further for you?
