Play Store
I got a new Samsung phone and the Pogo app did not move to my new phone. I can't find POGO in the Play Store. Plus I am having issues on my tablet, I get this gray screen . Please help.

Because of this, there isn’t a traditional Pogo app available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. However, Pogo does offer a Progressive Web App (PWA) on the homepage that you can install for quick access and an app‑like experience. Gray Screen Causes: The gray screen issue may be caused by the browser failing to load fully, which often happens because of a blockage or disruption in the loading process.
- Corrupted browser cache: This is the number‑one culprit. When dated or damaged cached files conflict with new files, the screen loads gray instead of loading the game.
- Outdated browser: Pogo games require modern HTML5 support. If the browser is even slightly outdated, the game may partially load and then freeze on a gray screen.
- Ad‑blockers or privacy blockers: Extensions or built‑in blockers can accidentally block. When those files are blocked, you get a blank or gray screen.
- Low memory on the tablet: Older tablets sometimes run out of memory while loading a game. When that happens, the browser gives up and displays a gray or empty area.
- Zoom or display scaling issues: If the tablet is zoomed in too far or using large text scaling, the game area can break and appear gray.
