Me, too. Frustrating!

I received 40 crates today as part of the constellation - did not receive them.  I was supposed to be awarded 90 crates last week as part of constellation - still waiting!!!!!  Please fix this or stop offering them.

Me also my guess is I'm owed about 300-500 crates by now . I have reported it but it seems nothing is getting done to fix it .

several times for me too very disappointed maybe fix loose ends on current games and not add new ones with same issues🤔

Same here, awarded 90 crates through the constellation today, received 0.  But yesterday I got 60 from the spinner and they showed up.  It's like the energy awards in Merge Academy, they show up about 25% of the time.  Super frustrating.  And the silence from Pogo is deafening. 🤬

I also won 90 crates yesterday on the Pogo constellation and have not received them.  I think this has happened in the past but I was not paying attention until now.

Me too! Not receiving them from the constellation rewards or the spinner. Very frustrating! I don't believe I have ever been awarded them from events or constellations.

Same here won them today and only 40 showing, also 6 months of not able to play solitaire home story past the dang kate tour, why am i paying for games i cannot play?
